 Ray Lewis-LB- RavensNov. 14 - 2:05 pm et
Despite being called a game-time decision by coach Jim Harbaugh Saturday, Ray Lewis is listed as "probable" for Monday's game against the Browns and will almost certainly start.
Lewis didn't practice on Thursday or Friday, but he's fine. Lewis hasn't missed a game since the tail end of the 2007 season and predictably leads the team in tackles once again this season. Lewis said he "feels great" following Saturday's practice.

Adrian Peterson's 143 rushing yards in Week 6 were the most allowed by a Ray Lewis-led Ravens defense since 1998.
They really miss Rex Ryan. While Baltimore's offense is on the upswing, the defense is tanking. The Ravens were already among the league's weakest teams against the pass, and have now let A.P. and Cedric Benson combine for 263 yards in the last two weeks. They have a Week 7 bye to fix things.

Ray Lewis (concussion) was upgraded to full participation in Thursday's practice.
Lewis was limited on Wednesday after getting knocked woozy in Week 3. There's no way he's missing this week's titanic struggle against the Patriots.

The Ravens have used strictly a base 4-3 defense this preseason and may stay that way under new defensive coordinator Greg Mattison.
This could help Ray Lewis' IDP value. The Ravens aren't thrilled with their other inside 'backers, and Lewis wouldn't have to "compete" for tackles up the middle with Tavares Gooden or Dannell Ellerbe. Terrell Suggs would play with his hand down more and likely drop into coverage less. Haloti Ngata and Kelly Gregg would be the tackles with Trevor Pryce at strong-side end.

Ray Lewis has reportedly lost 15 pounds from last season's playing weight.
At age 34, Lewis looks lean and quicker than last season. He's earned the benefit of the doubt on knowing his optimal playing weight.

Ray Lewis' three-year, $22 million contract includes a $6.25 million signing bonus and $15.5 million in guarantees.
Lewis didn't do much worse than Baltimore's original $24M offer with $17M guaranteed. He's listed in the NFLPA database as signed through 2015, but the deal will likely void after 2011. He'll finish his career a Raven.
