Kyle Boller completed just 4-of-11 passes for 23 yards in Sunday's loss.
Boller stepped in during the second half for Keith Null and played horribly. He overthrew open receivers, but it also didn't help that the Rams' line gave up eight sacks to the Niners. Boller played in seven games in 2009 and threw for 899 yards, three touchdowns, and six interceptions. It wasn't pretty, and he may be out of the league in 2010.

Keith Null left Sunday's game against the 49ers with an apparent injury, and Kyle Boller has come in to replace him.
Null is being examined by the doctors on the sidelines while Boller is in overthrowing his targets. Boller should come in and help out the Rams' case for the No. 1 pick in the 2010 NFL Draft. Null was 7-of-17 for 57 yards before leaving.

Rams coach Steve Spagnuolo remained noncommittal on a starting quarterback for Week 17 at his Monday press conference.
Keith Null has ten turnovers in his three starts, but wasn't pulled in favor of Kyle Boller in Week 16 and figures to get the nod once again. It says a lot that Boller hasn't proven to be a better option than a sixth-round rookie from Division II. Boller could easily fall out of the league this offseason.

Fox Sports reports that the Rams are leaning towards starting Kyle Boller on Sunday in Arizona.
Rookie Keith Null will get the nod off the bench. Boller has been completely ineffective in five games played this season, tossing three touchdowns with six interceptions and a 63.0 passer rating. The Rams look to be playing for the No. 1 pick in the 2010 draft.

Keith Null continues to get the "heavy bulk" of first-team reps at Rams practice this week.
Coach Steve Spagnuolo indicated that an official decision on this week's starter may wait until game time, but it would be a major surprise if Null didn't start. Kyle Boller won't be back next season, so the Rams are better off seeing if Null can be the 2010 backup.

Rams coach Steve Spagnuolo would not commit to a starting quarterback for Sunday's game against the Cardinals.
We're expecting rookie Keith Null to get the nod for the third straight week, even though Kyle Boller (thigh, illness) is "feeling better." Null threw just one interception in Week 15 after getting picked off five times in Week 14, so progress is being made.
