Bears LCB Charles Tillman separated his left shoulder in the Week 9 loss to the Cardinals.
This is the first we've heard that the shoulder was separated. Tillman is fully expected to start on Thursday night, but shoulders can pop out again. Tillman had shoulder surgery on his right side in January.

Bears CB Charles Tillman (shoulder) declared himself ready to go for Thursday's game against the 49ers, even though he would have had a "limited" tag if the Bears had practiced Monday.
"I'm 100 percent," Tillman said. "I'm USDA prime beef certified, baby." Well then. That's all we need to know. The Bears safeties are banged up, but Tillman should have no problem handling any of the Niners' wideouts.

Bears CB Charles Tillman (shoulder) is expected to play Thursday night against the 49ers.
Tillman was knocked out of the Cardinals game late in the first half and did not return. He's had shoulder problems in the past, but tests came back OK. Even though Tillman was abused Sunday, the Bears sorely need their top corner in the lineup.

Bears CB Charles Tillman left Sunday's game against the Cardinals with a shoulder injury and will not return.
Tillman's ego is probably hurt as well as the shadow corner was getting absolutely torched by Larry Fitzgerald. Tillman had surgery on his right shoulder in January, but it's unclear if this related to that injury. Corey Graham replaced replaced Tillman.

Charles Tillman played 28 snaps in Week 1 after not playing at all in the preseason due to a back injury.
The Bears used a rotation between Tillman, Nathan Vasher and Zack Bowman in the first half. In the second half, Tillman and Vasher went virtually the whole way. The rotation for this week's game against the Steelers is unclear, but Bowman will probably cut into Vasher's snaps some more.

Charles Tillman is active for Week 1 against the Packers.
Tillman was listed as questionable throughout the week with back discomfort, but felt fine during pregame warmups. He'll start at corner alongside Nathan Vasher.
