 Lee Evans-WR- BillsFeb. 1 - 9:47 am et
Bills beat writer Mark Gaughan says that if Lee Evans were on a top team, he'd have huge numbers.
There's no question that Evans is a major talent, but it doesn't look like we'll find out anytime soon if Gaughan's assertion is true. Terrell Owens almost certainly won't be back, leading to more double teams on Evans next season. New coach Chan Gailey's offensive mind should help, but with the quarterback situation looking bleak at best, it's hard to be excited about Evans.

 Lee Evans-WR - Bills Jan. 3 - 5:12 pm et

Lee Evans caught four balls for 49 yards and a touchdown in the Bills' Week 17 win over Indianapolis.
Terrell Owens' addition didn't help him. Evans saw fewer double teams in 2009, but the Bills' quarterback situation was his biggest downfall. Though a top-25 NFL receiver when getting the football consistently, he wraps up the year with a career-low 44 catches for 612 yards and seven TDs. With a contract through 2012 and T.O. likely gone in free agency, Evans figures to return as Buffalo's No. 1 wideout in 2010.
 Lee Evans-WR - Bills Dec. 27 - 5:05 pm et

Lee Evans caught five passes for 43 yards against the Falcons in Week 16.
The five receptions (on seven targets) tied a season-high, but Evans' deep speed is wasted on Brian Brohm. He's not a recommended fantasy play against the Colts next week.
 Ryan Fitzpatrick-QB - Bills Dec. 25 - 4:10 pm et

Ryan Fitzpatrick (ankle) returned to a limited practice Friday and is listed as questionable for Week 16.
Fitzpatrick's return to a limited workout makes it possible that he'll be active for backup duty instead of Gibran Hamdan at Atlanta. Brian Brohm is expected to start, although interim coach Perry Fewell is calling it a "game-time decision." It's worth noting that Brohm got most of the first-team practice reps this week. Either way, we'd avoid Terrell Owens and Lee Evans. They'll either have an injured quarterback or a quarterback making his NFL debut.

 Brian Brohm-QB - Bills Dec. 22 - 1:48 pm et

According to the Buffalo News, Brian Brohm is the likely starting quarterback for the Bills this week.
Ryan Fitzpatrick had crutches in his locker Monday after injuring his ankle against the Pats. With the season lost, the Bills will turn to the former Packers second-rounder. Though Brohm was an unmitigated disaster in Green Bay, the Bills are hoping his poor performance was merely confidence related. We're betting against a turnaround in Buffalo. Keep Lee Evans and Terrell Owens benched and consider the Falcons fantasy defense a nice flier this week.

 Lee Evans-WR - Bills Dec. 20 - 4:59 pm et

Lee Evans caught three passes for 35 yards and a touchdown against the Patriots in Week 15.
Evans was pushed out before he could get both feet down on a back shoulder fade in the end zone, but the Bills succeeded with the same play on the next drive. Evans has the talent to be a fantasy star, but quarterback issues make him a risky fantasy play next week at Atlanta.
