Raiders veteran DE Greg Ellis called out his teammates for a lack of discipline after Saturday's embarrassing 45-7 shellacking at the hands of the Saints.
"Guys, you can't stay out all night. Can’t expect to come in here and just turn it on," Ellis said. "This isn’t high school or college football. This is the best of the best in the NFL."
