Matt Leinart ascends to the starting quarterback job in Arizona following Kurt Warner's retirement.
The former No. 10 overall pick finally has control of the offense five years after he was drafted. With a slow release, even slower feet, and a questionable arm, Leinart will have to prove his detractors wrong and win the confidence of his receivers in 2010. Due a combined $12.9M in 2011, Leinart basically has a one-year window to put his stamp on the starting job. With as much skill-position talent as any team in the league, the Cardinals have at least set him up for success.
