Bills' interim coach Perry Fewell was non-committal when asked if PR/WR Roscoe Parrish will be active this week.
Parrish had been benched for the past handful of games by fired coach Dick Jauron. He has led the NFL in punt return average each of the past two seasons before struggling earlier this season. Fred Jackson has been handling kick/punt return duties.

Bills PR/WR Roscoe Parrish is "very frustrated" after being a healthy scratch for last week's game.
Though Parrish's late-game fumble led to a Browns victory in Week 5, his resume speaks for itself. He's led the NFL in punt return average in each of the past two seasons, which would seem to earn him some benefit of the doubt.

The Bills have benched Roscoe Parrish in favor of Fred Jackson on punt returns.
Parrish was the league leader in punt return average in each of the last two seasons. He also holds the best average in NFL history for punt returns at 13.07 yards per clip, but is getting just 6.1 yards per return this season on 12 chances. This is another sign that Jackson will continue to take a backseat to Marshawn Lynch in the running game.

The Bills are not expected to deal WR/PR Roscoe Parrish before Tuesday's 4:00 p.m. ET deadline.
It's not for lack of trying. The Bills have been dangling Parrish since the summer, but they've likely been overestimating his value. He's under contract for two more years at $1.025 million per season.

Bills declared WR Roscoe Parrish, CB Ellis Lankster, S Todd Johnson, S Bryan Scott, RB Xavier Omon, OL Jonathan Scott, DE Chris Ellis and third QB Gibran Hamdan inactive for Sunday's game against the Jets.
No huge surprises here. Parrish was listed as probable with a thigh injury, raising speculation he could be getting traded. The Bills defense is much healthier this week with Paul Posluszny and Donte Whitner back.
