Jerious Norwood rushed nine times for 27 yards and added four receptions for 23 yards against the Bucs in Week 17.
Norwood was bottled up, taking a backseat to bigger back Jason Snelling. Hampered by injuries throughout the season, Norwood managed just 3.3 YPC, finishing under 5.0 YPC for the first time in his career. An impending restricted free agent, Norwood would be a nice pickup in quite a few backfields as a big-play threat.

Falcons coach Mike Smith provided no update on the status of Michael Turner (high ankle sprain) at his Monday news conference.
Atlanta employed a near-even split with Turner inactive in Week 16, giving starter Jerious Norwood 14 touches compared to Jason Snelling's 16. Snelling came off the bench and racked up more yards. In the rare fantasy leagues that extend into Week 17, Snelling remains the better bet at Tampa Bay should Turner miss another game. We wouldn't bet on seeing him.

Jerious Norwood rushed 13 times for 52 yards and added one reception for nine yards against the Bills in Week 16.
The 13 carries are a season-high and the most since Week 8 of last season. Overly reliant on the big play, Norwood is nothing more than a low-end flex option against the Bucs next week.

Jerious Norwood rushed nine times for 22 yards and added two catches for 47 yards in Sunday's win over the Jets.
Michael Turner aggravated his ankle injury just two plays into the game. Jason Snelling was the primary runner and goal-line back after that. Norwood showed some toughness as he played through a knee tweak, but he's not much of a fantasy option even when Turner is out.

Jerious Norwood limped off the field in the first quarter of Sunday's game against the Jets with a knee injury but returned for the next series.
Norwood broke a tackle at the line of scrimmage and then headed outside. It looked like he injured his leg when he was brought down. Norwood has been hobbled by a hip injury all season and this will just add on to the fragile back's problems.

Jerious Norwood rushed nine times for 33 yards in Sunday's loss to the Saints.
Norwood is not looking explosive. He was on the field for the first play of the game, but the first four touches of the game went to Jason Snelling. Norwood is not the goal-line back and he's not a fantasy option in any format, even if Michael Turner (ankle) sits again.
