ESPN's Chris Mortensen reports that Marshall Faulk "legitimately" wants a chance to be the Rams' next head coach.
Faulk, currently an NFL Network analyst, turns 36 in February. He's pretty good in his current role, but it could turn into a circus act if the Rams really considered hiring him. He has no coaching experience at any level and his relationship with the face of the Rams' franchise (Steven Jackson) is lacking. The Rams need to go in full rebuilding mode after this season with an experienced coordinator or recycled head coach.
