Adrian Peterson rushed 18 times for 133 yards with two touchdowns and caught two passes for 10 yards in Sunday's win over the Lions.
Peterson could have had an absolutely huge game if he didn't fumble twice, including once when he could have scored. It really wasn't fair for the Lions as Peterson broke tackle after tackle and also outran their entire team. He gets a neutral matchup with the Seahawks next week.

Adrian Peterson said his body feels good right now, not having as much "wear and tear" as he did at this point last season.
"We have so many different ways to score on the offensive side," said Peterson. "We are balanced. So with that I don't have to take a pounding so much, so I feel pretty good." With Brett Favre providing an aerial threat, Peterson could be in for the biggest second-half of his short career.

Adrian Peterson already has 19 catches through eight games, two off his career high.
Peterson worked on his receiving skills in the offseason and it has shown up in the regular season. The coaches have even left him on the field for occasional third downs. His value in PPR leagues is rising.

Adrian Peterson totaled 97 yards and one touchdown on 25 carries and caught a 44-yard pass in Week 8 against the Packers.
Peterson cashed in a fourth-and-1 try from the goal line in the first quarter, broke a 33-yard run and then helped squash the Packers' late rally with a huge gain on a screen pass. Not only is he on pace for 1,568 yards and 18 touchdowns on the ground, Peterson already has more receiving yards than he did all of last season and is two catches short of a career-high.

Adrian Peterson rushed for 69 yards and a touchdown on 18 carries in the Vikings' loss to the Steelers.
Peterson also caught four passes for 60 yards for a total of 129 yards from scrimmage. AD was stymied for most of the game but busted out some big gains late. On one of his catches, he straight trucked CB William Gay in the open field on his way to picking up 29 yards. Peterson and the Vikings go to Green Bay in Week 8.

Adrian Peterson (ankle) returned to a complete practice for the Vikings Friday and is listed as probable for Week 7.
He'll start against Pittsburgh in Sunday's featured early game. Peterson is averaging 5.2 yards per carry and is on pace for 19 rushing touchdowns.
