Titans signed WR Paul Williams, OG Ryan Durand, DL Kareem Brown, WR Phillip Morris, S Nick Schommer, and LB Mike Rivera to reserve/futures contracts.
It's well past time for the Titans to cut the fish loose with Williams. The 2007 third-rounder has never come close to seeing playing time. Schommer and Durand were 2008 draft picks that spent the season on the practice squad.

Titans signed WR Paul Williams, OG Ryan Durand, FB Rodney Ferguson, DT Mitch King, WR Phillip Morris, S Nick Schommer, and OL Fernando Velasco to their practice squad.
Williams was the Titans' third-round pick in 2007, but has never produced on the field. King is a try-hard defensive tackle from Iowa. Schommer and Durand were draft picks this year. Ferguson is Ahmard Hall's backup for now.

Williams, a third-year wideout, was already facing long odds to secure a roster spot after falling behind sixth-round pick Dominique Edison on the depth chart. The injuries don't sound serious, but they only hurt his cause.
