Redskins declared WR Devin Thomas, DT Albert Haynesworth, S LaRon Landry, QB Richard Bartel, RB P.J. Hill, LB Alvin Bowen, LB Curtis Gatewood, and CB Marcus McCauley inactive for Week 17.
Thomas' season ends after 25 catches for 325 yards. The underachiever teased with his talent in a 100-yard, two-TD game against New Orleans in Week 13, but Thomas hasn't come close to putting it all together. The Skins' new coaching staff will determine whether he gets a chance to start again in 2009.

Thomas has a sprained ankle and will be replaced by Malcolm Kelly opposite Santana Moss. The Skins will likely struggle to move the ball versus Dallas.
