Gage will be held out at least another week. Kenny Britt will start against the Texans, but he's not a recommended fantasy play with the offense revolving around Chris Johnson right now.

Starting in place of Justin Gage, Kenny Britt caught two passes for 55 yards against the Bills in Week 10.
Britt used his size and leaping ability to haul in a 38-yard bomb from Vince Young early in the game. He was targeted just four times as all Titans receivers took a back seat to Chris Johnson the rest of the way.

Kenny Britt will start in place of Justin Gage (back) against the Bills Sunday.
Britt will see every-down snaps this week, but he's not a recommended fantasy play against the Bills' stout secondary. He may be worth using next week at Houston, however.

Justin Gage is unlikely to play Sunday after sustaining multiple fractures to transverse process bones in his back against the 49ers last week.
The injury occurred on Gage's spectacular leaping 33-yard catch where he landed awkwardly on his back. Gage will not require surgery, but he's expected to miss at least two weeks while the fractures heal. Impressive rookie Kenny Britt will move into the starting lineup, though he's not a strong fantasy option for this week's game.

Justin Gage (back) missed Titans practice on Wednesday.
Gage is waiting to be medically cleared after experiencing full-body soreness following a fall in Week 9's win. Should Gage not be able to play Sunday against Buffalo, rookie Kenny Britt would draw the start. Still, Titans receivers should be avoided. The Bills are exceptionally stingy against the pass.

Kenny Britt was held without a catch against the Patriots in Week 6.
Britt was targeted just three times, including one bad drop. It's conceivable that his role could increase coming out of the Week 7 bye, with the Titans wanting to see more of the rookie in a lost season.
