Matthew Stafford (knee scope) confirmed Monday that he plans to be 100 percent for the start of the offseason program in March.
Stafford's knee surgery was minor and is unlikely to have any bearing on his future. Assuming his accuracy catches up somewhat to his arm strength, toughness, and poise, Stafford could make a run at the top-15 fantasy QBs in 2010. He'll also need some help with an upgrade at No. 2 wide receiver. Source: MLive.com
