 Michael Crabtree-WR- 49ersNov. 12 - 11:50 pm et
Michael Crabtree caught four passes for 48 yards against the Bears in Week 10.
It could have been so much better. Crabtree was targeted on the first three passing attempts, including a spectacular leaping 30-yard grab that was ruled out of bounds. He remains the No. 1 option in the passing game, exhibiting fantastic body control and physicality. Crabtree will be a solid WR3 at Green Bay next week.

 Alex Smith-QB - 49ers Nov. 12 - 2:53 pm et

The 49ers ran more than half of their plays out of the shotgun against the Titans in Week 9.
"I like the things that work," Singletary explained. "It is certainly something we have the tools to do." Alex Smith operated almost exclusively out of the shotgun in college, and he's clearly more comfortable in that formation. Singletary deserves credit for being malleable enough to make the change to a pass-first offense, which will increase the value of all their relevant fantasy players.

 Michael Crabtree-WR - 49ers Nov. 8 - 9:35 pm et

Michael Crabtree caught just three passes for 30 yards against the Titans in Week 9.
Crabtree was targeted nine times -- the most among Niners wide receivers -- but he and Alex Smith are still getting used to each other. Crabtree is a big target with an impressive catch radius. He'll be worth using as a WR3 going forward.
 Michael Crabtree-WR - 49ers Nov. 5 - 3:49 pm et

Michael Crabtree came down with an infected tooth and a slightly swollen jaw this week, but he's not expected to miss practice time.
Crabtree will be fine for Sunday's game, and he's worth using as a WR2/3 against the Titans' below average secondary.

 Josh Morgan-WR - 49ers Nov. 2 - 2:53 pm et

Josh Morgan was the 49ers' starting split end in Week 8, with Michael Crabtree lined up at flanker for the team's first snap.
However, Morgan had one catch for three yards, and Isaac Bruce came off the bench to finish second on the team in receiving with four for 51. Crabtree, who had 81 yards, is the only wideout here worth fantasy investment.
 Michael Crabtree-WR - 49ers Nov. 1 - 4:28 pm et

Michael Crabtree caught six passes for 81 yards in Week 8 against the Colts.
Crabtree looked good and was the focal point of the 49ers' passing attack, but had a slant pass go through his hands for an interception and also lost a fumble. He caught three balls in each half and was targeted a total of nine times, so the rookie looks very capable of posting big numbers in the second half of the season.
