Bills rookie LG Andy Levitre is expected to make his first NFL start at left tackle on Sunday.
Levitre, a left tackle in college, took over at the position last week when Demetrius Bell left with a knee injury. With Bell still sidelined, Levitre got a full week of practice reps on the blind side. Sunday will mark the fifth different tackle pairing the Bills have had in 10 games. Levitre will be the NFL's smallest left tackle at 6'3/305. He also has short arms.

Rookie LG Andy Levitre played the entire second half Sunday at left tackle after Demetrius Bell left with a knee injury.
Veteran Seth McKinney entered at guard, kicking Levitre outside. The Bills were also without RT Jonathan Scott, causing swinging gate Kirk Chambers to fill in as the starter. The Bills offense has no hope of getting on track with the ongoing flux up front.

According to the Bills' website, rookie LG Andy Levitre graded out the highest of all Buffalo's offensive linemen in the Hall of Fame Game.
As Rotoworld's Chris Wesseling put it, "What film were they watching? He got destroyed." Levitre, a second-round pick, consistently faced Titans DT Kevin Vickerson, a journeyman. Vickerson had three tackles, bull rushed Levitre eight yards into the pocket on Trent Edwards' pick, and Buffalo averaged 2.7 yards per rush. The other Bills linemen must've really stunk it up.

 Andy Levitre-G - Bills Jul. 26 - 2:53 pm et

Bills signed rookie G Andy Levitre, the No. 51 overall pick, to a four-year contract that includes $1.8 million guaranteed.
Levitre played left tackle at Oregon State, but at 6'3/305 he's too small to stay there at this level. His most likely position in Buffalo is left guard, where Levitre will be replacing Derrick Dockery, opposite new RG Eric Wood.

 Eric Wood-C - Bills Jul. 3 - 10:15 am et

Rookies Eric Wood and Andy Levitre are projected to be the Bills' starting guards this season.
The Bills' offensive line won't have anyone playing the same position they played last year. Langston Walker is moving from right to left tackle, replacing Jason Peters. Wood (a center at Louisville) and Levitre (a left tackle at Oregon State) rarely played guard in college. It wouldn't be a bad idea to keep this in mind when investing in Trent Edwards or Marshawn Lynch.

 Brad Butler-T - Bills Apr. 30 - 10:14 am et

The Bills are expected to move guard Brad Butler to right tackle this season.
Buffalo will likely use rookie Eric Wood at right guard with Andy Levitre at left guard. Butler, an offensive tackle for Al Groh at UVA, has the size (6'7/315) to be effective at his college position. Still, with Langston Walker at LT this is one of the least athletic tackle duos in the league.
