Browns placed ILB D'Qwell Jackson on injured reserve with a torn pectorals muscle, ending his season.
It's a devastating blow to a Browns team already 30th in run defense. Jackson was third in the league in tackles while playing through a hamstring injury the past few weeks. Rookie Kaluka Maiava took over in the second half Sunday, though second-round pick David Veikune may work into the mix. In the final year of his rookie deal, Jackson is scheduled for free agency in the offseason. Source: Profootballtalk on NBC Sports
