Kellen Winslow (knee) was upgraded to full participation in Thursday's practice.
Winslow is healthy and will start against the Saints this week. With Antonio Bryant likely returning to the lineup, he'll have competition as Josh Freeman's go-to target.

Kellen Winslow (knee) was limited in Bucs practice Wednesday.
Winslow probably just got a late-season workday off. He is coming off a seven-catch, 102-yard thrashing of the Dolphins and should play in Week 11.

Kellen Winslow caught seven balls for 102 yards in the Bucs' Week 10 loss to the Dolphins.
Winslow now has 11 catches for 159 yards and a touchdown in Josh Freeman's two starts. K2 was nowhere to be found in the first half, but came on in the final two quarters when the Bucs moved to a pass-heavy offense. Winslow's been up and down all year, but is on track to finish as a top-ten fantasy tight end with five scores, 42 catches, and 454 yards through nine games.

Winslow went up very high and kept his feet inbounds at the back of the end zone to haul in a seven-yard touchdown in the fourth quarter.

Kellen Winslow caught just two passes for nine yards in Sunday's loss to the Patriots.
The Patriots were more than ready for Winslow. They kept an extra defensive back on the field more than usual to deal with Winslow and they shut the Bucs' only real threat down. This could serve as a blue print to hold the Bucs' offense in check, if one is really necessary.
