According to beat writer Ken Somers, Jason Wright will be the Cardinals' third-down back.
It will be interesting to see how Arizona's backfield shakes out. Beanie Wells and Tim Hightower are the primary guys, but Wright sounds like he'll get some looks in pass-catching situations. Rookie LaRod Stephens-Howling was kept as a special teams guy.

Cardinals agreed to terms with RB Jason Wright on a two-year, $2 million contract.
Wright, 28 in July, is a serviceable No. 3 back/special teamer. He's a smooth pass catcher and could take some of J.J. Arrington's old third-down chores, but won't be a candidate for many carries even at a thin position in Arizona.

Wright, who Cleveland will let leave town without even a minimum offer, wouldn't solve Arizona's running back woes. He's more of a special teamer.

The Browns don't appear to have any interest in re-signing RB Jason Wright.
The Browns are awfully thin in the backfield, and should add a few pieces this off-season. Wright has shown decent third-down skills in his five pro seasons (8.8 yards-per-catch), but nothing special. He won't be a terribly popular free agent.
