Colts WR Hank Baskett said Wednesday that he feels like his head is going to explode from all the information he is taking in.
Baskett just signed with the Colts last Thursday and it's going to take him awhile to learn the system. He's no threat to Pierre Garcon or Austin Collie's snaps right now.

Colts signed WR Hank Baskett.
It's a nice pickup for the Colts, who are without Anthony Gonzalez for at least a few weeks. Baskett has good size (6'4/220) and can play special teams. He'll come in as the No. 4 receiver behind Reggie Wayne, Pierre Garcon and Austin Collie. The Ravens had also shown interest in the former Eagle and husband of Playboy's Kendra.

Former Eagles WR Hank Baskett made it through waivers unclaimed.
It's no surprise considering he was on the hook for a guaranteed $1.545M salary. The Ravens, Rams, and Bears could have interest in him at a lesser rate. Baskett offers size (6'4/220), big hands, and special teams ability.

Eagles released WR Hank Baskett.
They needed to make roster space for both Jeff Garcia and Michael Vick. Baskett has been on the trade block, but the Eagles found no takers. He's sure to draw interest as a special teamer and fifth receiver, and he has a history with Ravens head coach John Harbaugh. The Jets reportedly have no interest.

According to ESPN's Sal Paolantonio, the Eagles have placed WR Hank Baskett on the trade block.
The Eagles need to make room for Jeff Garcia, so they have to cut or trade someone. They'd like to get rid of Reggie Brown, but nobody is making an offer. The Eagles have a slew of young receivers and can afford to move one.

 Kevin Curtis-WR - Eagles Sep. 3 - 11:09 am et

According to Reuben Frank of the Burlington County Times, Kevin Curtis may be on the roster bubble in Philadelphia.
This seems to just be a case of a beat writer stirring the pot, as Curtis is a near Pro Bowl caliber receiver when healthy. "I don't have any concerns with Kevin. It's just simple. If he's healthy he'll play at a high level," said OC Marty Mornhinweg. He will be the Eagles' starting split end when healthy. Reggie Brown and Hank Baskett are in much hotter water than Curtis.
