Heatley scored goals 31 and 32 of the season as well as registering his 33rd assist. His 65 points now sit him in seventh spot in the league and trails league-leader Alex Ovechkin by 17. His three-point night also extended his point-scoring streak to six games in which he has tallied 10 points along with 29 shots on goal. Heatley is a certified fantasy stud and should be active in all formats of fantasy hockey. Patrick Marleau and Joe Thornton both picked up two assists in tonight's victory.

The San Jose Sharks boast the league's top penalty kill at this time.
They have an 87.8 percent efficiency rating for tops in the NHL thanks in large part to the work done by Joe Pavelski and Patrick Marleau. They average 2:35 per game and 2:34 per contest while shorthanded, respectively. Scott Nichol, Manny Malhotra, Jed Ortmeyer and Torrey Mitchell have performed well in penalty kill situations this season too. Coach Todd McLellan also likes to use Joe Thornton and Dany Heatley at the end of the opposition's power play to try to catch a tired group for an offensive opportunity.
