Newly-acquired Johnny Oduya received plenty of ice time in his Atlanta debut Friday night.
The 29-year-old defenseman, who was paired with Ron Hainsey, was minus one in 20:38 of playing time. Oduya was pretty much used by the Thrashers as he was by the Devils--lots of five on five play, no power-play opportunities. For that reason, his fantasy value is virtually zero.

Nik Antropov scored one goal and added an assist in the Thrashers' 5-4 loss to New Jersey Saturday night.
Antropov has now recorded one goal in five of the Thrashers' past six games. Ron Hainsey, Viktor Kozlov, and Pavel Kubina also scored for Atlanta. Tobias Enstrom registered two assists.

Ron Hainsey missed part of Saturday's game against Pittsburgh because of an eye injury.
Hainsey was struck near the eye with a puck in the second period, but returned partway through the third. There is no word on the extent of the injury, but he appears to be fine.

The Thrashers changed their defensive pairings Sunday.
Zach Bogosian and Tobias Enstrom were playing together, but they were a little too loose in their defensive zone. So Bogosian was paired with Ron Hainsey while Enstrom played with veteran Pavel Kubina. They all turned in a great defensive effort in a 3-2 win over the Blues Sunday.

Marty Reasoner assisted on both Atlanta goals in a 3-2 shootout win over St. Louis.
Tobias Enstrom and Ron Hainsey had the goals for Atlanta during regulation while Slava Kozlov and Rich Peverley scored in the shootout.

Ron Hainsey returned to action on Thursday.
