Craig Anderson remained in goal for Colorado in Monday's 5-2 triumph over St. Louis despite suffering some numbness in his shoulder.
He took a shot off the stick of Blues' forward Alexander Steen midway through the second period that caught him in a vulnerable spot, but he managed to recover from it and stay in the game. "It got me right in the shoulder, and my whole arm went numb," Anderson said. "It was just one of those spots. Once the feeling comes back, it's just a bruise."

 Craig Anderson-G - Avalanche Feb. 9 - 12:35 am et

Craig Anderson was great stopping 32 of 34 Blues’ shots as Colorado defeated St. Louis 5-2.
Anderson’s surprising season continues, as this is his 29th victory of the campaign. This was a very good start for him to carry over from his shutout against the Edmonton Oilers on Saturday.
 Craig Anderson-G - Avalanche Feb. 7 - 2:14 am et

Craig Anderson picked up his sixth shutout of the season as the Avs blanked the Oilers 3-0 on Saturday night.
Anderson was relatively untested all night as he only had to face 20 shots from the opposing Oilers in the contest. With the white-wash, Anderson now improves his record to 28-15-5 on the season. He has been certainly been a huge surprise this season with his stellar 2.43 GAA and .923 save percentage. The Avs appear to be for real this season, and Anderson will be a big part of their playoff push this season. Start him with confidence.

Craig Anderson will get the start in goal for Colorado on Saturday.
It will be Anderson's 49th start of the season. He is 27-15-5 with a 2.48 GAA and a .922 save percentage. He has settled into being a top-ten fantasy goaltender this season, after starting the first month as a top-three.

Craig Anderson allowed five goals on 36 Nashville shots in Colorado's 5-3 loss Thursday night.
Anderson has struggled in goal for Colorado of late, losing four of his past five starts after a six-game winning streak in the middle of January. The 28-year old goaltender falls to 27-15-5 on the season.

Craig Anderson will get the start in goal for Colorado on Thursday.
Just an FYI. Anderson has started all but eight games for the Avs this season, his first as a starting goaltender in his NHL career. Anderson's record is a gaudy 27-14-5 with a 2.43 GAA and a .924 save percentage. He is an average first goalie in deeper pools, a far cry from being a third goalie in deep pools in previous years.
