 Pekka Rinne-G- PredatorsFeb. 9 - 10:14 pm et
Pekka Rinne stopped 29 of 32 shots but just two of four in the shootout and the Predators lost to the New York Islanders 4-3 Tuesday night.
Since a seven game winning streak in mid November, Rinne has been very inconsistent for the Preds and fantasy owners, splitting most of his time with teammate Dan Ellis.

 Pekka Rinne-G - Predators Feb. 9 - 1:34 pm et

Rinne has posted a 2-1-1 record in his last four games.

 Pekka Rinne-G - Predators Feb. 7 - 1:33 am et

Pekka Rinne allowed four goals from 29 shots which resulted in his 11th loss of the season.
Rinne has now made four consecutive starts and seems to be gaining a strong grip on the number one gig between the pipes in Nashville. His 2.73 and .904 numbers aren't as good as the numbers (2.38 and .917) that he posted last season, but it might just be enough to help sneak the Preds into the playoffs once again this season. Rinne isn't the best, but certainly isn't the worst that you could do for goalie stats moving forward. Keep him active in your roster.
 Pekka Rinne-G - Predators Feb. 5 - 9:24 am et

Pekka Rinne could be the starting goalie for the Predators in the foreseeable future.
He has now started three straight games, the first time that has happened for the Predators since Dec. 8-12. Dan Ellis was on the bench backing Rinne up.

 Pekka Rinne-G - Predators Feb. 4 - 11:23 pm et

Pekka Rinne blocked 23 of 26 Colorado shots in the Predators' 5-3 win Thursday night.
Rinne has put together a string of solid performances over his last three games, going 2-0-1 with the only loss coming in the shootout to Phoenix. Rinne improves to 20-10-3 on the campaign.
 Adrian Aucoin-D - Coyotes Feb. 2 - 10:38 pm et

Adrian Aucoin scored the shootout-winner as Phoenix beat Nashville 1-0 Tuesday night.
Nobody could beat Pekka Rinne during regulation or overtime. Aucoin scored the goal in the 10th round.
