Sidney Crosby's hat-trick helped the Penguins defeat the Buffalo Sabres 5-4 Monday night.
Crosby scored the eventual winning goal late in the second period. Evgeni Malkin and Kristopher Letang both added two assists. Jordan Staal and Mark Letestu had the other Penguins goals.

Chris Conner scored his first two goals of the season in the Penguins' 4-2 victory over the Rangers Monday evening.
Evgeni Malkin, Sidney Crosby and Kristofer Letang all had two points each. Malkin and Pascal Dupuis had the other goals for Pittsburgh.

Kristopher Letang snapped a 19-game goal scoring slump on Tuesday.
Letang netted a career-high 10 goals in 2008-09, but he's only scored two in 35 games this season. He has no fantasy value at this time.

Kris Letang has just four points in 14 games since returning from a minor shoulder injury.
Letang hasn't scored a goal since November 3. Worse, Letang is averaging just 1:16 of ice time per game on the power play as they often employ four forwards and a defenseman, Sergei Gonchar, with the man-advantage. Until he starts getting time on the power play, Letang won't have much fantasy value.

Kristopher Letang didn't practice Monday due to an illness.
The good news is that Letang is still expected to play Tuesday. "It was more of him just staying away from the rink," Dan Bylsma said. "He should be better."

Sidney Crosby had a goal but the Penguins fell to the Canes 3-2.
Crosby's 20th goal on the season was assisted by Bill Guerin and Kris Letang. Mike Rupp was the other goal scorer.
