Milan Jurcina will sit out Friday's game with an injury to his lower body.
He will likely miss Saturday's game in New Jersey as well. Tyler Sloan will likely return to the back end in his place after playing a large chunk of games at forward this season, as coach Bruce Boudreau said Jeff Schultz will serve as a healthy scratch.

Jeff Schultz picked up his first points of the season in a 5-4 triumph over the Thrashers Thursday night.
Schultz scored a goal and added two helpers in the win. Matt Bradley, Chris Clark, Eric Fehr and Alexandre Giroux added the other goals for Washington. Mike Green helped out with an assist. Surprisingly enough, ALexander Ovechkin was held off the score-sheet.
