Logan Couture will not play on Saturday because of the flu.
He did not travel with the team to Anaheim for Saturday's contest with the Ducks. Consider him day-to-day for the time being.

Ryan Vesce has been called up from the minors.
He will play on Saturday night in Anaheim in place of Logan Couture, who stayed in San Jose due to the flu. Vesce has registered four points in six games for the Sharks this campaign.

Logan Couture has been called up from the minors.
He was sent back down on Monday, but was recalled promptly on Tuesday when it was learned that Devin Setoguchi (leg) and Brad Staubitz (face) are out with injuries.

However, he may be recalled again prior to Tuesday's game against Nashville. Couture has appeared in nine games with the Sharks this season, while notching a goal and an assist.

Logan Couture was called up from the minors for Saturday's game.
He took the roster spot of Ryan Vesce, who was returned to the minors on Friday, in the Sharks' lineup. Couture centered the fourth line between Jamie McGinn and Brad Staubitz in the team's 3-1 win over the Blues.
