Tyler Kennedy (groin) is slated to return to the lineup in seven-to-10 days, according to coach Dan Bylsma.
Kennedy participated in the morning skate Saturday with his teammates as he works through as strained groin. He had a great start to the season with five goals and eight points in 12 games.

Tyler Kennedy is listed as doubtful for Saturday night's game against the Sharks.
He came back too soon from a groin muscle injury and will likely miss a game or two to let the strain heal properly. If Kennedy is on your fantasy roster, reserve him for Saturday's contest.

Tyler Kennedy was scratched Thursday for unknown reasons Thursday.
It's possible that whatever caused the winger to miss three games last week may have resurfaced. It was an undisclosed injury last week, so this will also likely be kept a secret.

Tyler Kennedy (undisclosed) returned to the Pittsburgh Penguins lineup Tuesday.
Kennedy was sidelined for three games due to the injury. He hit the ground running with two assists and a plus-three plus/minus rating in the game. He's currently playing on the third line with Matt Cooke and Craig Adams.

Kris Letang netted a goal and two points in a 4-3 win over Anaheim Tuesday night.
The goal was Letang’s first on the year. He has a goal and seven points. Mike Rupp, Alex Goligoski and Pascal Dupius rounded out the scoring for Pens. Tyler Kennedy and Brooks Orpik each chipped in with a pair of assists.

Kennedy has missed the Penguins last three games, but he practiced with the team on Monday. Penguins coach Dan Bylsma likes Kennedy's chances of playing Tuesday, but nothing is set in stone yet.
