John Mitchell will likely be a healthy scratch against Vancouver Saturday.
He sat in the press box for games last week but has done little in the few contests he played in this week to warrant a spot in the lineup. Look for Rikard Wallin to draw in Saturday in Mitchell's place.

 Luke Schenn-D - Maple Leafs Jan. 8 - 10:21 pm et

Luke Schenn registerd two assists in the Leafs' 3-2 loss to the Sabres Friday evening.
Schenn has been under much scrutinty from Leaf fans this season. Not know for his scoring, Schenn certainly enjoyed his most productive offensive game Friday evening. The young rearguard was also a plus two on the night. John Mitchell and Matt Stajan scored the Leafs' goals in the loss.

 Rickard Wallin-C - Maple Leafs Jan. 4 - 11:42 am et

Rickard Wallin will likely draw back into the lineup Tuesday.
The Leafs lost Mihail Grabovski and Wayne Primeau to injury on the weekend and need reinforcements. John Mitchell is expected back Tuesday while Wallin has been a healthy scratch in Saturday's loss to Calgary. Wallin has no goals and three assists in 30 games this season. Wallin was an offensive star in the Swedish Elite League the past two seasons, but hasn't been able to transfer that to the NHL and we doubt he ever will.
