 John Mitchell-C- Maple LeafsNov. 9 - 11:08 am et
John Mitchell will remain as the center on the team's top line, according to coach Ron Wilson.
Mitchell is happy doing the dirty work for speedsters Phil Kessel and Jason Blake. Both of those guys are shooters that need the puck, and Mitchell is more of a natural playmaker than shooter, so he complements them well. He had a goal on the power-play that was set up by Kessel and the trio were dangerous in their two games together. He's worth a flier in deeper fantasy leagues.

The line of John Mitchell, Phil Kessel and Jason Blake looked very good against the Hurricanes on Friday.
The trio combined for four points in the Leafs' 3-2 win. If Mitchell can keep a first-line job alongside the shoot first, ask questions later Blake and Kessel, he could pile up some assists. Keep him in mind if you need to make a pick up.

 Jason Blake-W - Maple Leafs Nov. 6 - 10:14 pm et

Jason Blake scored the game-winning goal in the third period as the Toronto Maple Leafs defeated the Carolina Hurricanes 3-2 Friday night.
Blake’s goal was a power-play marker late in the third period. He also recorded an assist. Nikolai Kulemin and John Mitchell scored the other goals for the Buds. Phil Kessel recorded his first point as a Toronto Maple Leaf in the victory.

John Mitchell will get a shot at centering Toronto's top line.
He will play with speedsters Jason Blake and Phil Kessel, both of whom are shooters. Coach Ron Wilson is trying to find the right parts for Kessel, and if Mitchell can seize this opportunity, he could have some real fantasy value. Wait to see how he does, however, as Wilson is notoriously quick on altering his lines.
