Joel Ward (groin) is projected to suit up for the Predators on Saturday.
It was thought he would set to return on Friday, but he ended up sitting for a third straight game with a groin problem. Nashville has returned Andreas Thu­res­son to make room for Ward on their roster.

The Nashville Predators have recalled Andreas Thuresson from Milwaukee of the AHL.
Thuresson will replace Wade Belak in the lineup. Thuresson has one goal and three points for the Predators in 21 games this season. He has no fantasy value.

Andreas Thuresson has been reassigned to the minors.
The Predators got back Jerred Smith­son and Jason Arnott on Monday night, so a roster move had to be made. Thuresson has skated in 21 games with Nashville this season, while compiling just three points.

David Legwand scored the OT winner for the Nashville Predators in their 2-1 victory over Columbus Thursday night.
It was Legwand's ninth of the campaign. Andreas Thursesson scored his first of the season, while Joel Ward assisted on both Nashville goals.
