Patrick Hornqvist scored two goals and added an assist in the Predators' 5-3 win over Colorado Thursday night.
Hornqvist has career-high's in both goals and and points with 21 and 33 in his first full NHL season. Jason Arnott finished with one goal and three assists. Steve Sullivan recorded a goal and an assist.

Jason Arnott is being bothered by an elbow injury, but he will likely still play against Phoenix on Tuesday night.
He was scheduled to see a doctor earlier today. Arnott sustained the injury on Saturday versus the Thrashers.

Jason Arnott broke out of a seven-game goalless drought on Saturday night.
His 13th goal of the season, seven seconds into the third period, held on to be the game-winner in a 4-3 victory over Atlanta. Perhaps scoring a big goal for his team will help him get back on track.

Martin Erat had a goal and an assist as Nashville downed Atlanta 4-3 Saturday night.
Erat now sits at 18 goals on the season. Nashville also got goals from Joel Ward, Jerred Smithson, and Jason Arnott.

The offense has dried up for the Predators of late.
They have scored just nine times in the past five games and a number of their top point-producers are struggling to put the biscuit in the basket. Steve Sullivan has one goal in his past 19 games; Jason Arnott has one goal in his last 16 contests; David Legwand has not scored in 10 straight games; and J.P. Dumont has netted only two markers in his past 11.

Jason Arnott has been struggling to find the back of net of late for the Predators.
He has scored just one time in his past 15 contests. "If you're an offensive player and you're not scoring, you're not happy about your game," coach Barry Trotz said. "I think that's what drives you and those are the expectations you have for yourself. You tend to get frustrated. It's all a mind-set. If you keep a real positive mind-set and keep doing the right things over and over again, it will come around." Arnott has contributed seven assists over that span, but needs to start scoring again. He has 12 goals and 28 points in 40 games this season.
