 Martin Brodeur-G- DevilsFeb. 8 - 10:20 pm et
Martin Brodeur made 34 saves on 37 shots, but the Devils fell 3-2 to the Flyers on Monday night.
That's now five straight games Brodeur has allowed three or more goals, which is not very typical for one of the best goaltenders of all time. He's got a big month ahead of him with three more games for the Devils this week and then he's off to Vancouver to most likely be Team Canada's starter in goal. Brodeur should round back into form soon.

 Martin Brodeur-G - Devils Feb. 6 - 10:05 pm et

Martin Brodeur picked up his 18th loss of the season as the Devils dropped a 3-1 decider to the Rangers on Saturday night.
Brodeur kicked away 22 of the 25 shots that he faced in the contest, but it was not enough to pick up the victory tonight. Brodeur is now 4-4-1 in his last nine starts, while allowing three of more goals in seven of the nine contests. It's definitely not good news for the Canadian Olympian heading who's heading into Vancouver in a weeks time. Roberto Luongo might just be possessing a little smirk on his face right about now.

Martin Brodeur turned aside 17 of the 20 shots he faced in the Devils 4-3 victory over the Leafs Friday.
The win gives Martin Brodeur 33 wins on the season. Brodeur is 2-3 in his last five game with both victories coming against the Leafs.

Martin Brodeur will get the start in goal on Friday.
Normally this is not news but Brodeur did not get the start on Tuesday for the first time in 34 games. He'll start the new streak on Friday.

 Martin Brodeur-G - Devils Feb. 4 - 2:20 pm et

Martin Brodeur would like to play in all six of the Devils' remaining games before the Olympic break.
Brodeur took a very rare day off on Tuesday after starting in 33 consecutive games. "You always think a guy at a certain age will slow down and get more tired," coach Jacques Lemaire said. "Him? He seems to be OK. I looked at him today and he looks like he's starting the season. I don't see any sign of being tired. He didn't start the (last) game and he (got) a day off yesterday. He's good for a little run again."

 Yann Danis-G - Devils Feb. 2 - 9:31 pm et

Yann Danis was decent Tuesday night as the Devils lost to the Leafs 3-0.
Danis got the start as Brodeur has been on an inconsistent stretch of the season, practically alternating wins and losses since mid-January. Danis made 23 saves on 26 shots in this game. His record is now 3-1-0.
