Phil Kessel had two helpers in the Leafs 4-3 loss to the Devils Friday night.
Kessel assisted on Tomas Kaberle and Rickard Wallin's goals. This was all part of a late third period collapse where the Leafs surrendered three goals.

Newly acquired Dion Phaneuf will join the Toronto Maple Leafs top power-play unit.
Phaneuf will have his work cut out for him as he tries to turn around a Leafs team which is ranked 26th with the man advantage. He has 10 goals and 22 points this season, including 11 power-play points. Tomas Kaberle, Phil Kessel, Tyler Bozak and Alexei Ponikarovsky are also on the Leafs top power-play unit.

Tomas Kaberle scored a power play goal in the second period as the Washington Capitals destroyed the Toronto Maple Leafs 6-1 Friday.
Tomas Kaberle is third in the league in points for defensemen with 40. Phil Kessel and Lee Stempniak picked up the assists on the goal. Despite not scoring in 15 games Kessel has five assists in his last four games.

Matt Stajan scored Toronto's only goal in a 4-1 loss to Pittsburgh Saturday night.
The powerplay marker gives Stajan goals in consecutive games for the Maple Leafs. Phil Kessel and Tomas Kaberle assisted on the goal.

Tomas Kaberle had two points, including his fourth goal of the season, as Toronto downed Florida 3-2 Tuesday night.
