Marty Turco turned aside 37 of 40 shots but the Dallas Stars lost 4-3 in a shootout to the Chicago Blackhawks Tuesday night.
Turco has been magnificent in February, allowing just three goals in his previous three games before the loss to Chicago.

Marty Turco has reclaimed his number one job in Dallas with some solid play of late.
He has started the past three contests for the Stars, while stopping 98 of the 101 shots he has faced over that time. Turco pitched a 34-save shutout against the Coyotes on Saturday night.

Marty Turco picked up his third shutout of the season and 39th of his career, as the Stars blanked the Coyotes 4-0 on Saturday evening.
Turco stopped all 34 shots that he faced to pick up his 17th victory of the season. He's now alternated wins with losses in his last six starts. Turco is scheduled to become an unrestricted free agent at the end of the season, which has rumor-mongers chomping at the bit at dreaming up various trade possibilities.
