General manager Darryl Sutter held one-on-one meetings with Calgary veterans Robyn Regehr, Jarome Iginla and Daymond Langkow on Tuesday.
When asked what the meetings entailed, Regehr responded, "What do you think? Not a visit you look forward to. He's not a happy man. And he has every right to be unhappy. The way we've played for a while ... it's just not nearly good enough. In pro sports, if you don't win, there are going to be consequences. The message? Pretty clear: Get going." Calgary has just one win in their last 11 games going into Wednesday's match-up with the Hurricanes.

Robyn Regehr scored the only goal for the Flames in their 9-1 loss to the Sharks Monday.
Regehr's first of the year was assisted by Olli Jokinen and Nigel Dawes.

Chris Stewart scored his 14th goal of the season and scored the shootout winner for Colorado in their 3-2 win over Calgary on Monday night.
Stewart added in a fight with Robyn Regehr 20 seconds into the game for good measure. Getting top line minutes for the Avs, he has turned into a serviceable option at wing in fantasy pools.

Robyn Regehr (sore leg) returned to action on Wednesday December 9.
Regehr missed one game with the leg injury, but showed no ill effects as he played 22:34 minutes in the Flames 3-1 win over Atlanta. Regehr has 10 assists and 23 penalty minutes in 29 games thus far and is plus-six, so he has some fantasy value in deeper leagues that are not just points only.

Robyn Regehr (undisclosed) said he's ready to return to Calgary's lineup on Wednesday.
Regehr missed Monday's game due to an undisclosed injury, but he was able to participate in Wednesday's practice. "I can skate quite a bit better today — good enough to play," Regehr said. He has 10 assists and 23 penalty minutes in 28 games this season.

Robyn Regehr (undisclosed) is being listed as day-to-day.
He sat out Monday's game with what was originally believed to be a leg injury, but now reports are circulating that he likely sustained upper-body soreness when he was hit by San Jose forward Joe Thornton on Saturday night. The Flames have desperately missed their top shutdown defender in the past when he was out of the lineup, but with the off-season acquisition of Jay Bouwmeester those concerns may be lessened somewhat. We will keep you posted if we get any updates on Regehr's status prior to Wednesday's game versus Atlanta as there is a chance he will be able to play.
