Aramis Ramirez finished 1-for-4 with an RBI in his return to action Friday.
Ramirez also struck out twice. He's missed several games this week due to shoulder soreness and might not be used as a starter over the weekend. The Cubs are wrapping up their disappointing 2009 campaign with a series at home against the Diamondbacks.

Aramis Ramirez (sore shoulder) could be shut down for the year.
"I'm not going to say that, but we'll see," Cubs manager Lou Piniella said. At this point, there is little reason to risk further injury. Ramirez was out of the lineup during Wednesday's doubleheader. Jeff Baker is in the lineup for the nightcap.
