 Ron Artest-F- LakersFeb. 7 - 12:32 am et
Ron Artest scored 21 points with Kobe Bryant (ankle) out on Saturday, hitting 9-of-12 shots from the field (including three 3-pointers) with three rebounds, four assists, and a steal.
For all of Artest's owners who have labored through this year, this may be the best opportunity of the year for you to sell him. When Kobe returns, you can bet your weight in gold that his numbers return to what they've been all year long -- underwhelming.

After scoring 18 points in Friday's game, Ron Artest confirmed that the swelling and soreness in his feet is subsiding.
Artest hit three 3-pointer and had three steals in what he said was "probably" his best game as a Laker. His primary role is to be a defensive stopper and to provide energy and hustle, so fantasy owners shouldn't expect an offensive renaissance.

 Ron Artest-F - Lakers Jan. 29 - 9:33 pm et

Ron Artest had 18 points, three steals, three 3-pointers and four rebounds in Friday's win over the Sixers.
There he is. Artest looked really healthy, playing 37 minutes, guarding Andre Iguodala and getting in the passing lanes consistently. It was his best game since mid-December and we'd recommend trying to sell high off this performance. He can't do this every night anymore even if his feet are feeling better.

Coach Phil Jackson admitted that Ron Artest is still finding his way on offense.
"He's not growing as quickly as I'd like to see him grow," Jackson said. Artest is really struggling with the triangle and finding his role in it, but that's not his main job. He's the Lakers' defensive stopper and he knows it. We expect Artest's January averages of 8.5 points and 4.5 boards to improve a little going forward, if only because it can't get any worse. Bench him for now.

 Lamar Odom-F - Lakers Jan. 27 - 9:48 pm et

Lamar Odom had 12 points and 14 rebounds off the bench in Wednesday's win.
Despite losing his starting gig, he's a more reliable fantasy starter than Ron Artest and should still be owned in all leagues.
 Ron Artest-F - Lakers Jan. 27 - 9:38 pm et

Ron Artest had just two points on 1-of-6 shooting on Wednesday, but did a great job defensively on Danny Granger.
Granger was in foul trouble early and took just eight shots on the night, hitting four of them and finishing with just 14 points. Blame this one on Artest, but neither of these players has lived up to their billing this season, particularly Artest.
