Udonis Haslem (shoulder) and Quentin Richardson (back) will not play Friday against the Raptors.
Coach Erik Spoelstra said both players have made progress, but could use a few more days of rest. Haslem insisted he would be available Sunday vs. the Hornets, but Spoelstra did not commit. James Jones is expected to take Richardson's place in the lineup, while Haslem's absence should allow Joel Anthony and Jamaal Magloire to pick up additional minutes.

Udonis Haslem (shoulder) and Quentin Richardson (back) are both questionable for Friday's game against the Raptors.
Haslem wanted to play Wednesday but was held out for precautionary reasons, while Richardson actually left during the game and didn't return. Haslem sounds like a better bet to play, and would actually be worth using in his first game back, whereas Richardson would be a much bigger risk.

He had six points, four boards and two 3-pointers before shutting it down and should be considered day-to-day.

Daequan Cook hit 5-of-11 shots and four 3-pointers for 17 points in Tuesday's loss.
He's an excellent source of threes when healthy, and we have no problem with picking him up and cutting a guy like Heat teammate Quentin Richardson, who scored just two points tonight.

Quentin Richardson played 27 minutes but failed to score in Thursday's loss to the Cavaliers.
He's now failed to score in two straight after many owners picked him up and ran with him this week. He'll bounce back and have some good games, but if you're already fed up with him (like we are), go get a free agent who has actually produced over the last few days.
