The Warriors signed Dorell Wright to a multi-year deal on Monday night.
Wright reportedly will be paid $11 million over three years and will be used as the team's defensive stopper. They don't really play defense in the GSW, but Wright will be one of their main cogs. He never blossomed in Miami, but has to be looked at as a sleeper fantasy pick with the Warriors. Do we trust him? No. But if Don Nelson can make fantasy stars out of guys like Reggie Williams and Anthony Tolliver, anything is possible.

The Warriors are close to signing SF Dorell Wright to three-year contract.
This might be an indication that the Warriors won't match New Jersey's offer for Anthony Morrow, as they feel Wright can fit right into their SF void. He can be a versatile fantasy option with enough minutes, so keep an eye on him.

 Dwyane Wade-G - Heat Apr. 23 - 10:32 pm et

Dwyane Wade watched Paul Pierce's game-winning shot from the bench during Friday's Game 3 loss to the Celtics, having left the game due to cramps in his calf with 11 seconds left to play, but not before he scored 34 points on 14-of-26 shooting (3-of-11 from downtown) with five rebounds, eight assists, two steals, and two blocks.
Erik Spoelstra said Wade should be fine for Sunday's Game 4 and was even resting for overtime, which begs the question of whether or not Wade could have returned if a timeout had been called before the last play. Wade's paltry three FTs didn't help, and while Michael Beasley (16 points, six boards) had his moments and Dorell Wright (15 points) hit the game-tying three, the starters not named Beasley combined for just nine points on 4-of-17 shooting with nine rebounds and four assists.

David Stern revealed during Friday's Board of Governors meeting that next season's salary cap will likely be $56.1 million -- fully $3 million higher than previously believed.
This is great news for teams who have been hoarding cap space such as the Knicks, Nets, and Heat. In Miami, for instance, "speculation was the Heat not only would be able to retain Dwyane Wade [and] add a max-level free agent, but also add the All-Star level talent that Pat Riley has been promoting." The Heat could also use the extra cash to re-sign Udonis Haslem and/or Dorell Wright.

 Dorell Wright-G/F - Warriors Apr. 9 - 11:15 pm et

Dorell Wright followed up a solid game Wednesday with a well balanced line in Friday's loss to the Pistons.
Wright finished with 15 points, 3 3-pointers, five rebounds, an assist, two steals and a block. Wright has been finding ways to contribute in a multitude of categories, most notably from behind the arc. He's starting to heat up, but it's a bit late to do much with it.

Dorell Wright came off the bench for 19 points in Wednesday's win over the Sixers.
Wright got hot from beyond the arc and ended up with four big 3-pointers, but this is fluky. The Sixers can't defend the trey and he doesn't get enough minutes to do this consistently.
