ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that "multiple" teams have contacted the Eagles about trade possibilities involving their quarterbacks.
Donovan McNabb and Kevin Kolb would be the most desirable acquisitions, but Michael Vick is the Birds' likeliest quarterback to leave town. By moving him before March 5, the Eagles could get themselves off the hook for Vick's impending $1.5 million roster bonus and $3.75M salary. Rams coach Steve Spagnuolo all but confirmed Friday that St. Louis is considering the move.

Rams coach Steve Spagnuolo talked about Michael Vick on Friday and did little to squash the rumors of the quarterback heading to St. Louis.
"I've got a lot of respect for Michael as a player. Everything I've heard out of Philadelphia is kind of good. We haven't gone down that road in our process yet. I think he's a terrific player," Spags said. Spagnuolo rarely says anything so his comments regarding Vick say a lot. Rams' assistants are probably gathering information from their Eagles' counterparts, and St. Louis looks to be the favorite to land the former Pro Bowler.

Donovan McNabb believes Michael Vick has earned the opportunity to start for another team in 2010.
"He has done a great job of getting himself together and preparing himself for this opportunity," said McNabb. "And I think he is going to flourish in it." At this point, nobody is buying the Eagles' contention that they will keep Vick in 2010.

According to a report from Jason LaCanfora on NFL Network Wednesday, the Rams are "definitely" the favorites to land Michael Vick this offseason.
The Rams have connections to Vick, beginning with GM Billy Devaney from their time together in Atlanta. Coach Steve Spagnuolo and coordinator Pat Shurmur are both tight with Andy Reid and presumably have received positive reports on Vick. Despite the Eagles' recent contention that they don't plan to deal Vick, he's almost certainly available for a reasonable price.

ESPN's NFC East blogger Matt Mosley doesn't believe the Eagles will end up keeping Michael Vick for the 2010 season.
NFL Network's Michael Lombardi reported Tuesday that the Eagles "have no intention" of trading Vick, and they're excited about "incorporating" his skills into the offense with a full offseason. We still believe the report was planted only to increase trade demand for Vick. If the Eagles can get a decent draft pick, Vick is as good as gone.

According to NFL Network's Michael Lombardi, the Eagles maintain that they do not plan to deal Michael Vick this offseason.
Per Lombardi, the Eagles believe they are "in a luxury position" at quarterback with Vick, Donovan McNabb, and Kevin Kolb under contract for 2010. The Eagles are likely selling Lombardi a bill of goods, hoping to play hard to get in an attempt to raise Vick's trade value. We can't see Philly paying Vick $5.25M to be the third QB in 2010. The most likely scenario remains a trade or a release in March.
