Matt Stajan picked up a goal and an assist but it was not enough as the Leafs fell to the Sabres 5-3 on Friday night.
Stajan now has 15 goals and 36 assists in what has been a decent offensive season for the veteran centermen. The two point effort snapped his three-game point-less drought. Stajan's 51 points is also a new career-high for him. He's still under contract with the Leafs for next season, and could be a good sleeper pick for next season's drafts. Boyd Devereaux also picked up a goal and an assist in tonight's loss.
