Storm QB Shane Stafford will become a free agent heading into next season and according to head coach Tim Marcum's he's not likely to return to the Storm. He indicated that he was not going to do that. He was going to go into free agency."
Stafford is likely looking for a big pay day after posting back-to-back career seasons in Tampa Bay. The likely candidates for needing a QB include New Orleans (who returns to the league next season), Las Vegas (will have a new coach) and Columbus (probably not satisfied with veteran John Kaleo).
