Brian Westbrook does not expect to dominate the Eagles' backfield Saturday night at Dallas.
Westbrook is being a good teammate in deferring to DeSean Jackson and his fellow backfield mates, but he remains the best bet for snaps and touches among the Philly runners. While he's no longer the offensive focal point, he should see an increased role this week.

The Eagles gave Brian Westbrook 23 snaps (11 touches), Leonard Weaver 33 (seven touches) and LeSean McCoy 28 (seven touches) in Sunday's win over the Broncos.
This shows just how much trust coach Andy Reid has in Westbrook. If he's in a uniform, he's going to be used plenty. Look for B-West to get even more snaps and touches in Sunday's big game against the Cowboys.

Brian Westbrook passed his last concussion test perfectly and will get some reps with the first team this week, as expected.
Westbrook appears on track to dress for Sunday's game against the Broncos. Assuming he does return, his snaps will be very limited. Look for LeSean McCoy and Leonard Weaver to carry the load with Westbrook getting a handful of touches at best. Westbrook won't see significant work until the NFL playoffs at the earliest.

Coach Andy Reid confirmed that Brian Westbrook (concussion) will have a limited role Sunday if he's able to play against the Broncos, as expected.
"He'll have fresh legs out there," said Reid. "Obviously he's not going to play the whole game. [We will] make sure we keep track of how many plays he plays, if it comes down to that." Westbrook won't be a fantasy option, but he may eat into the workloads of Leonard Weaver and LeSean McCoy.

The Eagles are still not ruling out Brian Westbrook (concussion) for this week's game, though it remains unlikely that he will play.
"Brian has a chance I think to be there," coordinator Marty Mornhinweg said. We wouldn't count on it. Even if Westbrook manages to take the field, he'll have only a minor role. Due to split carries in a three-headed monster upon his return, Westbrook is a poor bet for a fantasy impact in the final month.
