Darius Slay: Slay has a 'much higher ceiling' than Banks

    Darius Slay - DB - MSS - Mar. 28 - 12:04 pm et

Mississippi State CB Darius Slay "has a much higher ceiling" than teammate Johnthan Banks, according to NFL Network's Daniel Jeremiah.
Jeremiah does note that "Banks is better today" and says a good fit for the long corner would be the Jaguars at No. 33. Gus Bradley likes his corners to press, and although Banks (and Slay) played a lot of cover three, he flashed well when getting physical at the line of scrimmage. Slay's evaluation has consistently risen throughout the draft process. Mar. 28 - 12:04 pm et
