    North Carolina WR Johnathan "Bug" Howard had a 99-percent comparable score to Jordan Matthews based on NFL Combine testing.
    Howard's next-two highest test-based comps were Alshon Jeffery and Larry Fitzgerald. Do we have your attention now? The 6-foot-4, 221-pound Howard has a jumbo frame, huge hands (10 3/8), good leaping ability (37 1/2 vertical, in the 87th percentile) and strong short-area quickness (4.14s 20-yard shuttle). He posted a solid 4.58s forty for his size. We were surprised by how well he tested, as Howard didn't display great speed or separation in college. He'll get a look as a possession receiver.
