Jin Park last competed in the Farmers Insurance Open in 2008, and the 2012 Q School grad is back after a lengthy absence to give it another go.
In his maiden attempt, Park tied for 46th after navigating Torrey Pines in even par through 54 holes. A final-round 76 cost him some precious dollars, but proves that he can’t be counted out to at least scratch out a payday this week.
