Ricky Nolasco: Twins making 'strong push' for Ricky Nolasco

    Ricky Nolasco - S - MIN - Nov. 15 - 8:19 am et

FOX Sports' Ken Rosenthal reports that the Twins are making a "strong push" to sign Ricky Nolasco.
Nolasco's agent has said that his client has multiple four-year offers on the table, and it sounds like one of them might be from the Twins. The right-hander is reportedly eyeing a five-year, $80 million contract, but he'll probably fall short of that goal. Nolasco's season ended with a whimper, but he pitched quite well overall, posting a 3.70 ERA, 1.21 WHIP and 165/46 K/BB ratio in 199 1/3 innings. Nov. 15 - 8:19 am et
