Tim Brown of Yahoo! Sports reports that right-hander Eric Gagne has tentative workouts scheduled with the Rockies, Dodgers and Blue Jays. The Phillies reportedly sent scouts to Arizona to watch the 34-year-old right-hander throw on Wednesday, but they aren't alone in their interest. Gagne spent the 2009 season as a player-coach with the Quebec Capitales of the independent Can-Am League and hasn't appeared in the majors since 2008 with the Brewers.
