According to Joe Strauss of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, Jake Westbrook could be restored to the Cardinals' roster for the World Series against the Rangers. It's not yet known who he would replace on the active roster. Westbrook and Skip Schumaker (oblique) were left off the roster during the NLCS in favor of right-handers Kyle McClellan and Lance Lynn.
