Eric Byrnes revealed Thursday that he's been bothered for weeks by "leg issues" and manager Bob Melvin said that he's had hamstring soreness in both legs since spring training. After swiping a career-high 50 bases last season, he's gone 3-of-5 on the bases this year. "I know I haven't had my legs under me yet," Byrnes said. "The main goal is try to get my legs back. Without a doubt it's affecting my speed. If I can play at the level I'm playing at now, that's good enough. It's not something that's going to go away. It's learning to play with pain."
